Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is blessed to have Tim Davidson, CPA, and Pastor Mark Davis as a strong administrative team. Both Tim and Mark have many years of experience in church administration, especially in large churches. Tim heads an accounting firm and is very familiar with the needs of nonprofit corporations. Mark is the administrator at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale and is well known for his expertise in church administration. They have worked together for several years and watched God bless their efforts. Since they frequently have had to help new pastors develop the administrative skills necessary to operate the business side of a fellowship, Tim thought that it would be wise to put this information into book form.

For several years Ted Seidel worked under Pastor Mark Davis, first as Facilities Manager and later as Assistant Administrator. For two years he also served as Administrator at Calvary Chapel Boca Raton and assisted several small Calvary Chapels in the area of administration. Although Ted has retired, he is still assisting the Calvary Chapels through workshops and church visits. But none of this would have been possible had it not been for Senior Pastor Bob Coy who encouraged and supported these efforts to assist other Calvary Chapels.
